Living a relentless lifestyle is about not letting anything get in your way. It is about never stopping the daily grind. It is about demanding more of yourself than anyone else could demand of you, knowing that every time you choose to stop, you are still able to do more.

Whether it is in fitness or anything else, being relentless is never enough to just be on top. There is always a reason to push higher, to go farther, and become stronger.

Life will always bring challenges that try to stand in your way. But, remember this: never let anyone or anything get in the way. When you are relentless, you are unstoppable. You are the rolling boulder that tackles every object that is ahead. You are fearless and will never quit until you have reached your destination.

  • How do you define success? Living a relentless lifestyle is defining success as the sky’s distance, which is limitless because there is no endpoint. Imagine what it means to be fearless and bold. 

Believe that you have what you need to overcome any challenge that presents itself.

Using Fitness to Better Yourself

Whether you are feeling down about your body image or feeling low in your mental health, fitness is a great outlet to put to good use to become a better version of yourself. Here are some tips and tricks:

  • Bring a Buddy! Sometimes working out is more challenging when you are doing it alone, because there is no one to motivate you to keep going. Whether it is a personal trainer or a friend, having someone with you not only makes it worth it, but you will have fun while you’re doing it.
  • Don’t dwell on the past and your mistakes. This is a big no-no. People who live a relentless lifestyle don’t look back. They see what is ahead of them and move forward. Listen, we all make mistakes. However, it is how we build from those mistakes and become a better version of ourselves. 
  • Try something new! Have you heard of a new workout that everyone is raving about? Have you wanted to go and explore but weren’t sure if you would like it? Well, you won’t know for sure until you do it.

Life is easier when you surround yourself with people who care about you and your success. Get out and be relentless in everything you do.

Finding Your Passion

Finding your passion is what you long for when you are at your day job. Is there something you already love doing? There is always this stereotype that you must work a normal 9 am – 5 pm job to make a living and live a happy life, but that’s not true! If that’s not what you love, then why put yourself through days of constant worry or “worker’s remorse”? If there is something that is pulling at your heartstrings, then run towards it head-on.

If you don’t know what you’re passionate about, then it’s time to brainstorm! It’s never too late to ask questions about different outlets. Ask around and surf through the many possibilities that await you. Living a relentless lifestyle means never quitting until you have reached what you dreamed of, and then continuing to learn more every single day. 

After asking questions and researching, you will have a list of possibilities that sparks ideas. Once you have found something that sparks your interest, give it a try. Just remember that you will not be an expert on the first try, so practice, practice, and practice some more until you get it right every single time.

Living relentlessly is not only doing what you love but truly living your life. A relentless lifestyle means never settling for everyone else’s normalcy. You are meant for something greater, and you will do anything it takes to discover what that is. How do you do that? Put a plan together, and take the first steps. Every day is another step, and you will continue to move onward while living the life you have always wanted.
